• Work will not begin without advance payment confirmation.

3. No Refund Policy

• The advance payment is non-refundable once the project has started.

• No refund will be issued after work has been initiated or completed.

4. Project Delivery

• Final website files, login credentials, or access will be shared only after full payment clearance.

• Minor revisions may be provided as agreed before delivery.

• Major changes outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide required content, images, and information on time.

• Delays in providing materials may extend the project timeline.

6. Intellectual Property

• After full payment, the website ownership will be transferred to the client.

• Web Noa Agency reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

Web Noa Agency is not responsible for:

• Hosting/server downtime

• Third-party service issues

• Loss of data due to external factors
